Ø  Why did I originally start working out?

Ø  Am I upset if I get sick and have to take a rest day?

Ø  Do I listen to my body’s needs?


Ø  Do I find joy in moving my body or do I dread it?


Ø  What part/form of moving my body brings me joy? (Dig deep on this one!)


Ø  How do I feel stronger since I began working out?


Ø  When do I feel the strongest in my life?


Ø  What is something I’ve accomplished that I never thought I’d be able to do?


Ø  What is a future goal I’d like to accomplish that has nothing to do with the scale?


Ø  What small habits can I implement to start towards that goal?


Ø  How can I better honor my body through movement?
